I just got SneakerCon and have my eyes on a pair of sneakers. It is similar to both StockX and Goat more or less Goat because you can buy used sneakers. The only thing I wish that one of these apps had the option was to ask the seller or a way to communicate with the seller (especially with used sneakers) for any additional or specific pics. I’m looking at a pair of Nike Air Yeezys 2’s and all it says it OG all, but in the pics I don’t see any aglets or dustbag. Wish I could just ask for pics of those things because spending over two grand on sneakers I’d like to be sure it would come with.

Love the sneaker con app !!! I sold my first pair about a week ago. The costumer service staff is very understanding & responds to emails very quickly. Selling fee is a tad bit lower than the other market places which is definitely a huge plus!!!!!, u are paid through paypal though... the only thing that sucked about that is that paypal take an additional fee out after you receive payment from the buyer. Maybe consider allowing a direct deposit ❓ (had to come back & update my review) the developers of SneakerCon is very consistent when it comes to their customers. They listen to your feed back & try to make changes very very quickly!! Not all app developers do this. Now they are working on an direct deposit system!! I am very pleased & happy with this!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ DOWNLOAD THE SNEAKER CON APP!!!!

I like SneakerCon but in order to sell sneakers you need to get “verified.” In order to get verified you have to provide a great deal of info. Along with the basic info (name, address, date of birth) they also ask for the last 4 of your social and banking info. I personally have several family members who are attorneys and federal district court judges and have heard MANY identity theft stories. Providing all of this information to simply sell some sneakers is just a bit much for me and was an IMMEDIATE turn off. Maybe other methods could be used to verify people (i.e. linking a paypal account). I’m just not comfortable providing all that information with platforms like eBay, Craig’s List, etc. to sell sneakers without the need to provide such important personal information. I think this is something that should DEFINITELY be changed if you intend to draw both more user and sellers.

I won’t be using this application until it is fixed. I have tried listening several pairs of shoes over the last few days, nothing but error messages every time. I appreciate the idea of being able to sell used because no other site has that option besides eBay (which I don’t trust). Please fix this! Could be a great application.

Edit: Wonderful! So after the application told me multiple times there were errors, I wake up to an email that says “Just sold!” Honestly, I had already deleted the application and listed them on eBay. Good thing I’m able to cancel the eBay listing. I’ll give it 5 stars once my transaction is complete.

Gotta say that this has been among the smoothest transactions I’ve gotten to do across all of the many reselling platforms that I have used in the past. Communication was excellent from start to finish. After I received my shipping label via email shortly after the sale, I identified that the shipping destination was actually very close to where I live. I reached out to the support team and we were able to coordinate it extremely easily! After a quick 15 minute drive and meeting up, it was such a seamless process to get my sneakers authenticated right there and have my payout processed on the spot. Thanks y’all! So excited to list more throughout the future.

I gotta start by the fact I Love the things they’re doing over at Sneaker Con!
The fact that a company is out there shredding fake and helping people buy and authenticate the shoes is amazing. SneakerCon is useful for looking up shoes you want to buy. It’s straight to the point and unlike stock X this is sole-ly made for sneakers and sneaker heads alike. It’s simple to use and is a source I go to for looking into real world prices not competitive pricing via online. Over all I recommended you download it and they’ll even help legit check your shoes which I know 100% of sneaker heads like and need. Thanks Sneaker Con for finally dropping SneakerCon !

I love SneakerCon but I just wish when I’m listing my shoes from the closet area that there’s a way to see what the current price is of the shoe that I’m selling and see the previous sold listing if you add this I’ll be great because when selling in order to see the current price of the shoe I have to go and search it but if you add the feature to be able to see the current price of the shoes when your selling in the closet area on SneakerCon I’ll be great.

You begin with 2 options stating you can create an account with either your Facebook or email. The email option they give will not actually let you create an account, only recover a this app account that is not existent to users this early into the starting process. “first time users obviously don’t have a sneaker con password yet”. This leaves you with the option of Facebook, that will require you to give all of your personal information, profile pictures, etc. Personally I don’t think a shoe app should need my profile pictures and other personal information. App would be great if people could actually create an account using only an email like stated at the beginning of SneakerCon .

I like the even this app and when I saw their app was coming out I was excited. SneakerCon came out and there were a lot of sneaker choices for a new app. I wasn’t having problems until they gave their customers a chance to buy sneakers for 1$. It is just a great opportunity however I was not able to buy the sneaker so i closed SneakerCon and when I reopened SneakerCon I started having issues with signing in and I haven't solved the problem. I would normally give 1 star but i know this is a new app and I think they can solve these problems.

I ordered something on September first and the seller never sent it I emailed sneaker con a few days after To see what was happening and i was asked for my order number but never got a message back. I emailed again and I should be expecting my money back soon. Thank you for the refund.

There should be a way to message the seller so this process go faster

I absolutely despise Facebook. The fact that you’re requiring me to connect an account vs being able to verify me using my email, PayPal & other accounts is absolutely ridiculous. Not everyone is on, nor do they want to be on Facebook. It is an invasive platform that serves no benefit.

I wanted to like this. I love the idea of it & I liked the way it looked as I poked around. Unfortunately, the above is an absolute dealbreaker. Having worked in software development, I am well aware of how easy it is to give users another option. Quite frankly, it’s a crime for developers force Facebook on anyone. Sorry, this app; I’m out.

I’ve been a big fan of sneaker con for a while, and when i went to the convention in Chicago, i saw this new thing they were doing. With the legit tags and booths they have there, it is amazing. You can really get your shoes legit checked by masters, so you have no reason to buy fake shoes without buying them from their app marketplace, or at one of their events and getting them legit checked

So far so good with SneakerCon. Easy set up for me to sell my new and lightly used kicks. Love the info on conventions past and upcoming. Great competitive pricing on almost every pair of kicks under the sun. Only thing I would change is the actual logo being the icon image but that’s just the graphic designer in me talking.

User friendly app, but if I wanted to buy used from a reseller. I’d like to see more of the shoe so I know what I’m paying for.
Add a feature (similar to the Goat app) that shows you the angles of how to take the pictures. Overall good reliable source for authentic sneakers. Also, do used sneakers get authenticated? Rated 4 (5 if the feature gets added)

SneakerCon is easy to use and a great paltform to sell and buy sneakers with piece of mind. Their fees are better than their peers and the interface is simple to use.

But what puts them ahead of their competition is the amazing team and the service and quick response you get when you reach out.

I feel comfortable doing business using SneakerCon and I know that when needed, I'll obtain the service and feedback from the this app team.

The human touch is the main difference in this case, and you can find any sneaker needed to complete your collection. Five stars all the way!
