I am a student at university. Our lectures send to us notes in moodles but my phone tells me that moodle is not responding. I ask you to help me. Thx

I've loaded up didactic material on my Moodle page but a black stripe appeared and it has deformed the whole set up, not allowing me to set up my lesson topics properly. Is there a way of resetting it appropriately? Who can help me?

I am using Christian Leaders Ins. all afternoon and now it is not working. WHy can't I finish my class.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Moodle app issues:

Force Stop the Moodle App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Moodle app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Moodle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moodle App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Moodle app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Moodle.

Fix Moodle unable to contact server/ Moodle internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Moodle » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Moodle » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Moodle on android.
