I am trying to enter in the rest of my semester grades for my portfolio. After I click the save button, the updated grades won't show up on my portfolio.

I followed the directions to change grading from alphabetical to a number system but when I go to try to enter course grades the drop down only shows alphabetical grades.

How to fix RaiseMe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RaiseMe app on iPhone
Update RaiseMe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RaiseMe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RaiseMe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RaiseMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RaiseMe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RaiseMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RaiseMe App
1. On android, goto Settings » RaiseMe » click [Force Stop]

Update RaiseMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RaiseMe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RaiseMe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RaiseMe.

Fix RaiseMe unable to contact server/ RaiseMe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RaiseMe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RaiseMe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RaiseMe
