Summary of Goibibo Problems 🔥

• Deceiving app with certain quotes shown on the app and once you select it and proceed to check out it doesn’t proceed ahead stating there’s a lost server connection.

• Receiving calls from some offline agency claiming to be from Goibibo and they sell the exact same flight but only for more money.

• Booking for 9 AM but showing PM time.

How to fix Goibibo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Goibibo app on iPhone
Update Goibibo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Goibibo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Goibibo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Goibibo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Goibibo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Goibibo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Goibibo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Goibibo » click [Force Stop]

Update Goibibo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Goibibo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Goibibo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Goibibo.

Fix Goibibo unable to contact server/ Goibibo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Goibibo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Goibibo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
