Handy app for ease of travelling but need to give more cool offers and discounts since there is competition in market and similar apps give nice offers. IBIBO Keep up the good work.
And most important, the amount you guys spend on celebs (Deepika.P) for promoting Goibibo the same amount if you guys spend on your customers giving different offers or a freebie would gain loyalty of customers towards IBIBO.

What a pathetic and deceiving app this is. A certain quote is shown on Goibibo and once you select it and proceed to check out it doesn’t proceed ahead stating there’s a lost server connection. Within 2-3 mins you get a call from some offline agency claiming to be from this app and they sell the exact same flight but only for more money. If I wanted to buy it from some agency then instead of downloading Goibibo I would rather have their phone number handy and if you’re running an app what use is it if a person cannot complete the transaction. Maybe you need to learn something from MakeMyTrip. Get your act together before it’s too late.

I tried to book for 9 AM. After booking, it was showing PM time. So, I thought it was my mistake. So, i cancelled it and booked it once again. Again the same thing happened. It was PM when it actually chose 9AM from tiruvalla to salem. It is not even making sense. i need my full refund.

It happened twice. it is not my mistake. There is a technical issue with this app application. I need my full refund.

I tried to call and the call is not going through. I don’t ever use Goibibo again if i don’t get my full money back as it is not my fault.

Please don’t book any flight, hotel, train or bus through this app. Main thing they don’t have proper contact number for communicating with customers. I had booked a flight from USA to India via Canada through these frauds. They didn’t mention anywhere in the ticket that it is compulsory to have a transit visa in Canada. I raised a request to reschedule my travel 3hrs before flight departure. Finally I got a call from them 12 hrs after my request that also after flight departure. They are the cheaters and booking through this app is just like you are putting your money in a trash.

I started using this for a week, spent around $5000 booking through this and then found out that they were hiding charges in the fees. They don’t give a breakup of charges in the invoice. They say free seat selection and cancellation but then when you go to use it, they charge for everything.

They add travel insurance by default until you opt out which is illegal in the US and most countries. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau in the US also. Meanwhile avoid Goibibo and service.

I also think most of the favorable reviews are fake. Apple should investigate this. M

One of the worst ever app. There's no customer care support. Was trying to get my amount for cancelled ticket by airlines. But still not able to reach them. These people (this app) are stashing the public money and not at all care about customers. I'm fed up a lot. How can we escalate the issue to Government of India. How government is allowing such app for flight bookings. Goibibo must be banned for not caring customers. They are simply looting money.

There is no options to contact this app staffs to check for options before cancellation. Losing time due to this. Cancellation fees are very very high.
The cancellation charges are not visible sometimes and you press the next buttons you are done. All your money is gone!

Logged in using Whatsapp which has a US number, the cab was booked and the trip wasn’t available on my account. There was no msg, no notification, nothing. And on top of that, you wont be able to find any customer care working. So I was there on the airport after 15 hour flight and this is the service they provide. Absurd app, technical bugs and poor customer care support

Before in payment page you have phone pay options which was very easy for me for booking. But now I can see only google pay which I m not registered. Kindly if possible bring back the phonepay option.

I agree with Brother John as far as hidden charges are concerned
When we open their page in the beginning - what ever rate is told , it doubles at the time of booking
Otherwise they take care of every possible thing for a customer

Dear sir Such a poor services provided by this app There is no option for complain in your application too and so many applications for refund is pending by your side. Don’t do like this with people Please clear all the application and please proceed for refund

If you will not able to provide service not don’t run and please make 1 complain box in your this app application

I have been trying to contact customer care number for my recent booking. Every time they say I am sorry for the poor experience and you can’t get to talk to customer care agent. My booking and amount has been stucked because of this. Even chat service is very poor. You don't get to speak to customer care agent.

I faced bad experience with a hotel last week i have reported it in detail to the this app customer care. They have zero interest in resolving and don't have any interest in responding to calls or emails. They are posting some hotels which don’t even have basic amenities. Don't fall for their bait in lowest price hotels they are worst of the worst. I’m gonna stop using this crappy application.

I am using this app from a very long time..But recently this app added GST and convenient fee over bookings which is very inappropriate...I checked many more sites like oyo and redbus and none of them have applied taxes and convince fee over booking...So i would say that this app need to look at this thing.

Worst site to book a ticket. Never ever spend your hard earned money in booking a flight through them. If you ever want to cancel or request for refund, all you will get is errors errors errrors errrors with no customer support.

There’s no customer care or service provided after booking the flight.
Most of the time either service is down or website is down.
There’s no one whom you can reach out in case of problem.
They steal your money, please beware of using this site.

One of the worst customer support and service provided once your booking is completed. It has been more than 6 months and 30-40 messages with no conclusion on getting my refund yet. Please think more than TWICE before booking anything on this app.

Have tried to book flight for the past 12 hours and my credit cards are rejected for “security risk”. Called my credit card companies and they said they had not rejected any request for payment. The company never requested payment at all. They out and out lied. I don’t do business with companies that lie to me.

Booked an airline ticket along with the airport drop service on the website. Receive an email for the cab service. Upon opening the email, it forces me to install Goibibo and pay the cab charges all over again. Uninstalled Goibibo . Tried contacting the customer service but its not reachable

Worst service by ur customer care.. my flight has cancelled directly and ur app is not sending any information about this and still my money will not transfer to my account if ur not froud and u r genuine then u have to refund my money as soon as possible bcz i have to book flight please
