How to fix Card app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Card app on iPhone
Update Card app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Card iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Card on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Card network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Card not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Card app issues:

Force Stop the Card App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Card app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Card to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Card App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Card app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Card.

Fix Card unable to contact server/ Card internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Card » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Card » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Card on android.
