Cant even open app. Installed and uninstalled many times. Just show a white screen with fnbo logo and then disappears without ever opening. Frustrating!!!!

I can't log in to site - keep getting site error messages no matter what browser I try. My payment for today has been "scheduled" since the 30th and I would like to confirm it has been made on time!

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FNBO app issues:

Force Stop the FNBO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FNBO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FNBO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FNBO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FNBO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FNBO.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FNBO » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
