I get as far as pictures uploaded and details put in then when I hit the green confirm button it gets stuck on a buffering circle. What gives? I really need this to work for me.

How to fix Twig app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Twig app on iPhone
Update Twig app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Twig iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Twig on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Twig network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Twig Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Twig not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Twig App
1. On android, goto Settings » Twig » click [Force Stop]

Update Twig to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Twig App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Twig » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Twig.

Fix Twig unable to contact server/ Twig internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Twig » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Twig » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Twig
