Can’t even select a picture without Gyazo crashing

Works well on desktop but useless mobile app that can’t load your cloud library of screenshots.

I saw the reviews from three years ago that people gave feedback to stop requiring camera access. It is NOT needed to capture from the screen. I downloaded Gyazo in hopes that this had been fixed-alas, this is not the case as of Feb 2021. I am a paying user on my laptop, but I won’t allow you access to my iPad camera. Uninstalled and if I could give fewer than one star, I would.

Downloaded app. Required access to camera just to access screenshots I took on desktop? Uninstalled. Plz fix.

Kicks you out of Gyazo straight when using it, needs an update

Gyazo was great in the past but for some reason the update made it so that Gyazo only works as an uploader but is impossible to view previously uploaded pictures, killing Gyazo . I loved this app but gotta remove my membership now :/

Used to work really well. I would use this app to copy and paste pictures between my pc and my iPad but they removed the access on the iPad side to limit only uploading. Rather unfortunate but now I need to find another way that’s hopefully as convenient as this app used to be.

old one you could search your this app films now you have to share your personal pics .. no idea what’s up here

If you’ve been a member for over 5 years paying for the service and having so many pictures and videos. Avoid scrolling as it takes forever to load on mobile.

I have been a paying customer of this app for almost 3 years. I loved using Gyazo but with a new update I can’t even access my account because it REQUIRES access to my camera. I do not need Gyazo to take pictures or use my phone camera. This was not required before the update and wish I had never updated Gyazo . I will be moving to another service that does not require permissions that I don’t want to give in order to use Gyazo .

The latest update seems to have removed access to my captures. The only function now is to upload. Frustrating app.

Please advise the phone number for me to call this app Pro so that I can cancel my account.

Gyazo overall is good but I think this app should be able to capture a short video

Gyazo works perfectly, it’s helped me out in so many video and photo submissions, thank you developers!

I’ve been looking for ways to turn images to links for so long that has a URL for phone. I’m great full for Gyazo and this should have more ratings!
