iMAPS is sexist. If you want to search for a property by owner name, you always have to use the man’s name. Anytime I put in the woman’s name, it says no results found. If I don’t know the husband’s name, I have to go to the website version instead. I believe the reason is probably that the search only looks at “primary” owner. It’s bad enough that our flawed system is always putting the man’s name first on the deed, even if the woman is the primary on the mortgage, etc. iMAPS makes the sexism so much more obvious and difficult to use.

This is a great app!! I did not know that iMAPS exists. It has aerial map that showed me the borders with my neighbors. I was thinking of getting somebody to clearly define this for me. It has a lot of information and you need to give it enough time to explore it.

This is a must have app for anyone doing business with Wake Co. And the municipalities in Wake County. It accesses real estate, property, and building information and even connects to the Register of Deeds when searching for deeds or recorded maps. Two thumbs up.

Occasionally reports that I am “ currently located outside of wake county” (which I am not)... but awesome when not having this problem.

Still cannot find an index of the crime icon meanings. If it is there, it is not intuitive to find & not all icons are intuitive. And upon resizing the map, it frequently never finishes re-painting all segments of the map. And when you click the Results button, it essentially flashes the results then immediately closes the results panel.

iMAPS is fabulous! One-click access to property info from map; layers of useful data via map; multiple search options. Speed and ease-of-use are outstanding. Thanks, Wake Co.

Excellent app, easy to use. But maps view and other choices causes app to crash and close. Plain view by address works nicely and very helpful.

The crime layer shows an icon, like a fist or spray can, for a violation but gives no specific details. Please add an additional information field perhaps in the window that list property information.

Everything I need for property records and GIS. Some layers missing but great for a slimmed down version with similar functionality. Still has all the more relevant info. Thanks for making an iApp and eliminating flash issue on iDevices!!!

iMAPS has saved me many times out in the field while showing houses. I can't suggest any improvements, it is good as-is.

I absolutely love this ap! As a Realtor, I use it every time I am showing homes with my clients in Wake county.

Where has the police activity gone to? That's one of the primary reasons we used this app, and now it's no longer available, or either so hidden that we can't find it.

Very good interface. Layers Not as in depth as the flash version but much easier to use on mobile device. Please add full screen map view.

I wish every county in NC had an app like this. Sometimes it has issues, but overall it's great.

Was working fine until the last month. Trying to open layers and it force closes. Please fix!

I live in wake county and get the above error message no matter what. Map is always gray. Not very useful seeing as this is supposed to be a mapping app.

What should be integral to iMAPS doesn’t work. Any time I click search, nothing happens at all.

App use to be great but now it crashes and the map doesn’t work properly.
