Was working fine until the last month. Trying to open layers and it force closes. Please fix!

I live in wake county and get the above error message no matter what. Map is always gray. Not very useful seeing as this is supposed to be a mapping app.
Search unusable

What should be integral to the app doesn’t work. Any time I click search, nothing happens at all.
