My current location positioned off the route I’m actually traveling on

How to fix iMAPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iMAPS app on iPhone
Update iMAPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iMAPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iMAPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iMAPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix iMAPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iMAPS app issues:

Force Stop the iMAPS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iMAPS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iMAPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iMAPS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iMAPS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iMAPS.

Fix iMAPS unable to contact server/ iMAPS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click iMAPS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got iMAPS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iMAPS on android.
