Wise app freezes and will not allow me to enter 6-digit two-way verification code. Key pad does not come up. I am using an iPhone 14.

Good day, I am unable to log into my wise account to retrieve my P membership number. I have I phone 7 and on Wise App , finer print ID Hs stopped working for lSt week.. This not my phone, as other banks , and Apple ID and wallet are working fine with finger print ID. prints. IHAVE CANCELLED WISE APP TWICE AND REINSTALLED IT , AND PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. SO MY WISE APP INSECURE. IM FED UP WITH REPORTING THIS ON THE PHONE AND NO ONE LISTENING OR TAKING IT SERIOUSLY.

Even after reinstalling the app, I can't log in and it states the following message "can't log on, you have tried too many times, please try again later." Even though I entered the correct password.

Hi, the app on my android phone would not let me update via Playstore. I uninstalled the app and now it will not let me reinstall the Wise app at all. Can you suggest a solution? Thanks
Hello, I have no way to unlock my Wise app account as it is asking me to take a picture of my passport and the camera is staying black on my iPhone even if I have allowed the camera on the wise app. My computer does not take good enough quality pictures.
I can no longer close the WISE app on my Android. This is a recent issue and even after a reboot the app remains open.
