Hello the app stopped recognizing cards. I thought maybe it was my cards but I tried several that it recognized just days before . So I need to now scan the punch in data . Love the app but will be looking for something reliable unless this is a temporary issue Thanks
Stopped scanning
This morning none it will not find any of the cards I scan. I scanned some that it found yesterday and it did not find them today. I removed the app and added it back and it did not help. ????

I always used the off phone icon. Scanned 6000 cards. Then it started over and I lost all the cards. Can it be recovered ?!!!
My collection said it was about $18,000 and then the next day it said it was only like $7,000 how does it loose $11,000 ?
I enter email, go to password screen, enter password, then it goes nowhere.

Keeps rerouting to log in page even after already excepting a scan and logging it but seems to be more problematic when it doesn't recognize a card and you manually take the time to find it and tell it that's the card and it freezes up or makes log in again....super frustrating especially after already logging in most of my ,7000 cards already and this app is continually getting worse and would have already stopped using your app had I not already invested months scanning everything...please help

Was working well with some crashing issues. But now I can't login. I use my email account. The screen says, if you have an account you will be asked for a password. Well if finds my account and there is no request for password, it just says this email already has an account. ??? No kidding, it's my account! Frustration with the crashing but this is even more frustrating.
When I take picture it shows up the wrong name and doesn’t even scan on some cards because of the app I am definitely giving this app and bad review for sure. The app developers don’t even care and just left it be for the past weeks.

Doesn’t work tried everything
Add cards to collection by scan but does not update collection count or value unless close and reopen after restart phone.
