I am having problems with the zalando website for 2 days. I cannot login

You can open the Zalando web page and the app but you cannot buy anything. When you try to buy anything, the buy-button changes color but nothing goes to the shopping cart and you get just error message that please try again later. This has continued now for two weeks and happens with all kind of devices. Strange it they don’t notice it from their amount of sales. Maybe they don’t care.

How to fix Zalando app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zalando app on iPhone
Update Zalando app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zalando iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zalando on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zalando network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zalando Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zalando not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zalando App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zalando » click [Force Stop]

Update Zalando to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zalando App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zalando » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zalando.

Fix Zalando unable to contact server/ Zalando internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zalando » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zalando » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zalando
