I live over 2 hours away from any of your branches, so I rely on BankFirstgoBank to deposit checks. Unfortunately it rarely works since updating to iOS 8...

BankFirstgoBank freezes up all the time. If you transfer money from your own accounts, the money is not readily available. Even if it’s a normal business day during working hours. And now I have to create a nickname for this post that no one else has already used. Even more frustrating.

Giving it 2 stars because it doesn’t crash every time like the other bank in the top 2 and BankFirstgoBank isn’t terrible. But the online banking experience has been awful. I have to go into a branch I f I want to edit auto payments, the site rejects my SAVED password every time, so I know it’s correct but for some reason it rejects it, then locks me out of my account and I have to reset it. But I can’t reset it on my own, I have to call in. Want to link external accounts? Good luck! I tried to and it rejected both the amounts and locked me out and said I have to start all over. Also, the email reminding me to validate the account said to follow on screen instructions when I got to the external account page. There were zero instructions. I had to click around and figure it out. I’m not helpless. But things like this should be clear and obvious. It’s 2025.

Can you provide instructions for updating my account?

This is the hardest banking ap I have yea I have 3 others. Everything is hidden it takes forever to just transfer money. ? I hate it

A $3000.00/month deposit limit is ridiculous.

Can’t open app says needs update trying to update it and it says open…

Having an issue I’ve never had with card management apparently being disabled and my bank says that they never experienced it before even though on BankFirstgoBank it says to call them to re-enable access

App is requiring update in order to use, prompts to click update now button. Goes to App Store and doesn’t provide option to update. If I uninstall BankFirstgoBank and reinstall BankFirstgoBank still doesn’t have the latest version and prompts me to click the update now button. So just a repeat unobtainable cycle.

Outside of this BankFirstgoBank has been good.

App has a hard time with mobile deposit, which is the only reason I have BankFirstgoBank . Has a hard time reading hand writing and identifying endorsement signatures. Very frustrating

Love this new update where they Display adds all over your Home Screen, Like really??????
It won’t be long until they just have pop up adds that get in your way and are annoying, if it progresses, I’ll just move banks,
I shouldn’t have to deal with adds in a app for a bank, my capital one app doesn't have any adds in it.....

I like depositing checks through BankFirstgoBank and looking at recent activity. I wish I could download or view statements through BankFirstgoBank . I would also like some way to deposit larger checks. It gets about 90% of what I need done.

If for some reason a check is rejected for deposit, you will not be automatically notified.
