The app freezes up all the time. If you transfer money from your own accounts, the money is not readily available. Even if it’s a normal business day during working hours. And now I have to create a nickname for this post that no one else has already used. Even more frustrating.

Giving it 2 stars because it doesn’t crash every time like the other bank in the top 2 and the app isn’t terrible. But the online banking experience has been awful. I have to go into a branch I f I want to edit auto payments, the site rejects my SAVED password every time, so I know it’s correct but for some reason it rejects it, then locks me out of my account and I have to reset it. But I can’t reset it on my own, I have to call in. Want to link external accounts? Good luck! I tried to and it rejected both the amounts and locked me out and said I have to start all over. Also, the email reminding me to validate the account said to follow on screen instructions when I got to the external account page. There were zero instructions. I had to click around and figure it out. I’m not helpless. But things like this should be clear and obvious. It’s 2025.
