Most people are giving reviews on their experience with a specific restaurant location, but this is supposed to be for MyCicis . MyCicis itself has worked great, IMO. I haven’t had an issue with it yet! My family loves eating at CiCi’s. I really craved the original breadsticks ((bring them back!!!!!)) with one of my pregnancies, so we were here allll the time. As a family, we definitely spend more than the $7 minimum. So it’s a non-issue for us, although I see how that’s annoying to individuals coming in to eat.

I love CiCis! We eat here AT LEAST twice a month. I do not like MyCicis and I hate the new reward program. I'm sure CiCis benefits greatly from the reward program (which is probably the point) but customers get shafted! You now only get one pie piece for every visit over $7. (If you dine alone and get water, the bill isn't enough so you don't get any credit.) For those of us that spend a lot of money there, we still only get one pie piece. I have hosted MULTIPLE family dinners at CiCis. Eleven parties in the past 14 months. Each time, the bill was over $100. Each time, only one pie piece. The program stinks. Sometimes I forget to add my receipt. They should go back to the punch cards. Or have it based on dollars spent. And there should be a scanning device so the cashier can just scan my phone and the rewards are added.

MyCicis itself gets the job done. MyCicis lets you locate locations near you and shows you all the locations in the us. You can look at a menu of buffet offerings. The reward program itself is straight forward and simple to use. Every 5 buffet purchases you get one free. You simply submit a picture or your receipts to get credit. On my birthday they gave out a free buffet coupon! All in all I gave MyCicis 5 stars for doing all it is supposed to do and the program bring simple to use and rewarding.

You get one credit per visit and you have to spend a minimum of $7. The first time I used MyCicis I couldn’t get credit because as a new user I got a free drink and didn’t spend $7! The second time I went I paid for my kids and myself and then later my husband arrived with our son and paid for them. Well two receipts, two credits right? Nope. Only one receipt every 4 hours. I suppose everyone needs their own app and we’ll all pay separately. Also, I have a free drink in my app and it puts a notification (1) on my app. It won’t go away! lol, I’m annoyed by notifications that can’t be cleared!

I enjoy going to CiCi’s… as with anyone… There’s certain types of pizza I like best… now I am in the habit of calling ahead on my way to the restaurant…… I ask Russell to put on flatbread meat eater with bacon… When I get there within 2 to 3 minutes pizza is ready… And I already have my drink and other items at my table.

However, it seems that it’s now nearly impossible to actually redeem your free pizza, despite following the guidelines to a “t”. One location told me that their particular location does not participate in the loyalty program... another one looked confused and told me that a pepperoni pizza “did not count as a 1 topping pizza”, then told me my total would be almost $10 (this was supposed to be my free pizza) after adding the supposed “one topping”. The third closest CiCi’s does not have a working number, but I get the feeling it’s going to be the same thing. It shouldn’t be that hard to redeem a reward that you’ve supposedly earned.

I love MyCicis , and enjoy bringing my son to eat here. But since the latest app update, the inbox remains empty, even when we get notifications. I don’t always remember what a notification says when it pops up, especially if I’m already using my phone when it arrives. But when I check later, and it doesn’t show up in the inbox, then I have no idea what was offered. Please, have those messages retained in the inbox, at least until their expiration date.

We luv the pizza . But I don’t get the credit I deserve ..I will have more then one buffet on my receipt but only get one credit... more then once .. and I was supposed to get double credit one time that I got in email but didn’t do it after scanning... We also visit the one in spring, Tx and it doesn’t come up on MyCicis ....My kids and I come there every other week so I’d like to get the right credit... Always gave 3 buffets only get credit for one ... Do I need to pay each buffets separate?...

Well i got charged for the order and received a confirmation email that order was processed. When I got to the Cici location they claimed they did not get the order. Cici looked at my confirmation and made the pizza without any issues but I still I had to wait as if I had just walked in to order the pizza which is the point of MyCicis is so you don’t have to wait when you arrive. So MyCicis does not work any better than the phone at this location. If you call in a order most of the time they don’t answer the phone but the times they do you will be placed on hold until you decide to hang up.

After a half an hour of ordering pizza along with our paying for the buffet… We were told we cannot order more than one pizza per table. The pizza that we did order, after three people decided what they wanted on the one pizza, took 30 minutes before we went to ask what’s wrong… And, they said oh we’re just putting it in… And it will be seven more minutes… We were the second group of people in the restaurant after Sunday service. I am with my 83 and 84-year-old parents and I am horrified at what they had to go through in these chairs and at this table. We did not see a manager at any time in the restaurant.

I’ve always gone to Cici’s with my family as long as I can remember! My parents likes the free kids nights.. now that there’s an app to earn a free adult meal!?! That’s the most amazing thing for me and my little growing family 😍 the staff here is always quick to refill pizzas, do customs orders and fix mess ups if there are any! Great workers and at a good pace! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Gone to my local Cicis’s a few times and like previously noted if you don’t buy soda or tea with the buffet you get no credit for the visit cause it’s under $7, for those like myself who prefer not to order a drink the whole app/ points systems a sham, cause no matter how many visits you make, unless you order extra stuff your visits don’t count. Only reason I keep MyCicis is for the occasional freebie they offer. Really guys, re-evaluate your app. Great business with awesome workers, but a sucky app, y’all can do better.

The manger was very kind as was every employee that was working even though we came in 5 minutes before closing time never once even rushed us and pizza was fresh didn’t get names but it was on Wednesday March 30th at 7:55 pm

My family and I eat often at Cicis’s. MyCicis has not always given me credit for receipts I’ve submitted. I’ve mentioned this to the manager/owner? and MyCicis still does not always give proper credit. I wish they would add a barcode to the receipt versus me having to take a picture that may or may not receive credit. I also agree with another review in that you should receive credit even if you dine alone and the receipt doesn’t add up to $7.

When there is a coupon the notification will not clear until after it expires. So I’ll have that little 1 showing for weeks. Can you please make it clear? If I go to the restaurant, I am more than capable of checking MyCicis for deals. I don’t need a constant reminder to go to the restaurant.

There are no other issues that I found with MyCicis .

I can’t use MyCicis to place our orders because it does not have a feature to order 1/2 and 1/2 of the specialty pizzas. Any store we’ve ever ordered from has had no problem doing it when we call in a phone order, so why isn’t that an option through MyCicis ? Also... PLEASE bring back the old bbq pizza.

Since I usually eat by myself, it is very good. But as someone else mentioned, there should be a way to record multiple buffets purchased on a single trip.
I always have AWESOME service in San Angelo. Since I go about once a week, most of the staff ask if I want my usual.

The broad street location is our only one left and have really enjoyed going there since haveing a new cook she always does a good job. Salad bar is usually very good but the new pasta was very dry . Always get my special flatbread with X-tra green peeper and is perfect :) my sons love this place also !

The Deerfield location is the best. My whole family loves going there. Everyone gets exactly what they want. I’m a vegan and I still get to enjoy pizza, so great. Great food, awesome people and you can’t beat the price.

I always like going to CiCi’s even though it’s a bit of a drive. The variety is great, and the employees never hesitate to make the pizzas that I like. Thanks again!

I always loved going to Cicis on battleground. Went there for years and then stopped going for a while because when it first went under new management the food quality went down. After a little time passed went back and it had gotten better. Now I go several times a month and I like MyCicis . You have to take in the fact that you’re getting all you can eat for $5.99 and frankly you don’t get that any place else. They have to make money to pay for help. They can’t give away all the time. I mean if they charged you $9.99 or more then they could change the freebies. You go there because it’s good food at a reasonable price. Golden Corral doesn’t give you any freebies but you don’t complain about that. I love MyCicis and Cicis. They do a great job and have great people working there. The manager Keith is awesome too.

The staff here works hard at pleasing the guest but we have to agree with others reviews on your rewards. We either spent too little or too much. Please make adjustments. Thanks
