I get these cards all the time from work. They hand them out for a job well done. So once you reach a total of 6 cards, they are just stuck on your account. It was nice at first you could transfer funds between cards. But now I just have one main card I use and 5 others that just sit there with $0 balance. Please let us be able to remove those cards from USConnectMe !

To start off, the money you add to your card doesn’t show up sometimes and it just basically ate your money. This is the 3 rd time I have tried to put money into my USConnect card, and the machine accepts it and it gives me my balance but when I pay with the card for another purchase it just says I need to reload or the new balance doesn’t show up.

One annoying thing is that you can only have 6 cards on the account and it won’t let you delete them. They should give you an option to delete them if they have a 0 balance.

While it makes it easy to open your card from Wallet, contactless payments don’t work. It finally started keeping my balance correctly, but I still have to go into the options of the pass to scan the barcode. Would be great if use in Wallet worked correctly.

USConnectMe is fine for the most part but there’s no way to transfer money out of USConnect back to my bank. I don’t really need to now but if I ever did I’d be out of luck. The transfer section only gives my bank as the option in ‘From’.

I have tried to use USConnectMe over and over again it will not open. I have even deleted it and re-downloaded it. Still doesn’t work.

Works great on my micro market at work with all kinds of free stuff. I earn points and even got to pick my own charity to donate to. Love it!

Asked for a refund in the third week of October it’s now November 13 no refund check that was supposedly mailed on October 29th. It doesn’t take this long. Don’t do business with this company you are better off packing lunch or using cash to get items through these people.

Every time I try to load money, it says it fails so I try it again. Only to have both transactions work shortly after the second one goes through. FIX IT AND STOP TAKING MY MONEY

Stupid BS! I shop at Unique Thrift store in Merrifield, VA, and decided use USConnectMe but I cannot use it. How can I get a refund?

I cannot use USConnectMe , at all. This store was the only reason- I got USConnectMe .

The card for apple wallet never works when I try to tap. I literally always have to have the physical card to pay for anything which defeats the purpose of using both USConnectMe & the service altogether.

I love USConnectMe! It’s so easy to use at work and very convenient. The promotions are awesome as well. I love getting free stuff!

Who doesn’t love to save money?! USConnectMe keeps me informed and is easy to use.

It reloaded when it I didn’t want to and it took all my money then I called and they say they will call me back and never did then the took the money off the market card and took my my money😐

USConnectMe won't allow me to add money to my account. Just going to delete USConnectMe .

Receive a notice in wallet that states “reader is requesting payment” and will not accept my scan. And now I cannot get my 20 dollars out of USConnectMe .

Never had a single successful transaction except taking my money. I get all errors 100% of the time.

Apps that make me park money on a card are ridiculous. If I can use Apple Pay to reload my card why can’t I just use Apple Pay to pay per transaction through USConnectMe ?

I can add the scan card to my apple wallet and can then pull it on my Apple Watch but a barcode can not be seen on my watch. I have another card on my Apple Watch, from a drug store, that allows me to view their barcode on my watch. I don’t always have my phone with me but I do have my watch- would make it a lot more convenient to be able to scan my watch to make purchases.

This makes it convenient to buy from the break room market. I like the reload feature so I don’t worry about the balance. Getting discounts and points is a plus!

Please add the barcode back to the wallet app.

Despite all previous updates, as of March, 22, 2019, there still is no barcode on the wallet app. I’m not sure the dev actually knows what the wallet app is.

You can get what you need to done with USConnectMe , but it is nearly impossible to navigate. Most of the buttons on the main page don't look like buttons at all. Whoever designed USConnectMe did not pay attention to Apple design paradigms at all, and clearly did not do usability testing. There is an Apple Wallet card feature, but it's not useful to pay for anything unless the vending machine has a barcode scanner. My suggestion is to just use the website to manage your account and don't waste your time with USConnectMe .

USConnectMe brings everything together that the USConnect Card offers, all at your fingertips! Now with my phone, I can make purchases, load money into my account, view all the current promotions, check on and redeem my Reward Points and so much more! Life just got a whole lot easier...

I'd like to be able to see how far I am from earning the free item promo. Needs to show a track record for your purchases and the items that you are fixing to get free promo for.

Really liked USConnectMe at first, but now nothing but trouble. Credits aren't provided when meeting promotion requirements. Currently unable to login to mobile app. Keep getting "Wrong credentials" message even though I can login to the website on my laptop with the same credentials. When calling customer support (which I've done twice now), they fail to accurately describe the problem being reported (both times) so the resolution is incorrect (both times)!!

Save yourself a headache and skip USConnectMe!!

Love the variety and knowing all the options are fresh! Convenient and fast, while also delicious and plenty of healthy options!

Being able to load your card directly from USConnectMe is great!

Finally an app that gives me free stuff for using it! Use it every day at work and I'm glad it is back in full force. Best vending app ever!
