Just made an order and got my order. Reason why i even ordered to begin with was because of a promotion. The promotions and deals were very very misleading. Ordered online... Once i came to pick up, i was told that the promotion for a free side and a drink doesn’t work because it had to be scanned while you order. Very inconvenient! Employees not willing to help out especially on the COVID circumstance.
App will mislead you! On a side note, the food was “meh”. Paid $13 for a Gyro platter and honestly. Food tasted flat, fast-food, and over-priced. Will never order here again.

I’m from New York so I already had high expectations of halal guys. But to see that they’re officially a chain restaurant is impressive. Like I’m currently at the location all the way I’m Arizona which is a blessing for me. TheHalalGuys seems to be in its beginning stages but it gets the job done. A good thing about TheHalalGuys is that it submits your points instantly as compared to other food apps that may take 24 hours to submit the points.

The Halal Guys is probably the most consistent restaurant (when I travel) throughout the country. Love that I can use the same app anywhere I go and expect the best quality of food without any worries! Wish they opened shop in Tampa, FL. The combo plate with extra white sauce and hot sauce hits different 🔥👌🏽

This is not related food or service!! I think your app needs major improvement! It is the only application asks reward card number to sign in ,weird! I changed my device and asking me reward number to log in who keeps reward card these days everything on digital ? I know my account email and password but I can not sign in because I don’t have reward card number ! Yes I can have the number some how but it is worth to waste time ???

Was giving it a try after reading all the reviews. It worked perfectly for me, was able to order and redeem my offer at the same time within app. Food was ready upon arrival 😍

First time and will be a repeat customer. They took the time to explain the sauces and let us try them out. Nice, kind, quick service!

Well, I’ve seen worse. The come-on is free food to start. But when u try it, it says u have to be in the store. But it then disappears when u get to the store. And when u do find it, it fails again. The online site has similar problems too.
On the plus side, I did successfully place an order.

Hey guys. Long time app downloaded. First time reviewer. Just dropping in to say I love the new app. And racking up points on my platter and gyro purchases. I eat at The Halal Guys probably every week. And now I get rewarded. Nothing better than free food!!!

I would eat halal guys every single day. Just like their quick food service, their app is pretty easy to manage too. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed Halal Guys in Austin many years when my kids were in college. Now my daughters lives off Shepherd . Excited to enjoy Halal Guys once again. Great food, great value. Keep up the great work

I love HalalGuys food. I’m a regular customer but the App is aweful, doesn’t work majority of the time. I keep getting the error that It can’t connect to the internet. I can’t accumulate the points or can’t use it if i have the points. Please fix TheHalalGuys. Stars are only for the food.

Halal Guys is my favorite fast food chain! What better way to put in an order than their app, it’s makes it so easy and convenient. Delicious food it just an app order away.

My daughter took me here for the first time last night and I was amazed at how great the food tasted and how friendly the employees were!! I’m definitely going back again soon!!!

I ordered from TheHalalGuys instead of other apps like Doordash. TheHalalGuys showed the location as open, allowing me to order for a pickup time of 8:30pm. Apparently, the store closes at 7pm at that location. I’m out of money with no way to get support. The restaurant cannot return the money. There is absolutely no support or helpline for orders. Their ‘Contact Us’ is just corporate helpline not for orders.

If you haven’t tried Halal Guys! You’re missing out big time! I always get the Chicken & Gyro Combo, bbq sauce, lots of white sauce, onions, black olives & Jalapeños! i could go on & on! Just try it for yourself! you won’t regret it! This place is irresistible!

After downloading and initially not having the same amount of equal points, it has been updated and I’m at where I should be.

Best food ever. Juice. I paid $12. I get the food every-week I love it. I wish the price would of been lower. But overall the best. I love the cart in NYC this one is almost same.

So much better than the old app. Works as expected, easy ordering and checkin at locations.

I am so happy they have app now so I can keep track of my points and not have to worry about leaving my physical card at home.

Before migration I hat 8/50 points which is almost 3 platters or $30. According to their new system you get a point for every $ spent but I still only have 8/125 points. Not very happy about that

Tried to use point redemption on my last visit and was told they had a new app. Had 11 drinks redemption went to waste. Downloaded the new app and it says app can’t be launched!!

There is no card function on TheHalalGuys , and the old cards don’t work. So how can you possibly earn any points?

Message pops up saying “App could not be launched” then closes. Not sure how I’m supposed to get points now :/

I keep getting this message that it’s searching for the receipt , it’s been a few weeks.

Every time I try scanning a receipt after I get home, it says “Due to network connectivity issues at printing location, this Bar Code cannot be scanned.” I have 4 receipts that I have not been able to redeem. Please don’t tell me that I have to be at the location to scan a receipt, cause that would totally defeat the purpose of this feature. Tried emailing support, and no response.
