Bass pr comes up but it won"t let me go to spinning rods. It seems to try but it just won't go there.

When I go to sign in to the online bass pro website and when I go to sign in under my Capital One bass pro credit card to get my reward points towards my bill. It is saying that the email or the password it's not correct and then when I hit forget password and put my email in there. I never get an email to reset my passcode. Sometimes it says email not valid but I know it's the correct email. Can you Please help me figure this out? So I can use my points toward my bill this month. Thank you, Ruth, McDaniel.

I get on the website and can’t place an order because the tab ‘Place Order’ doesn’t work. I have a gift card and want to use it!
For at least a year now, the Cabelas online site has been malfunctioning. You can't click on anything. Instead of pictures there is a small symbol along with a description of what the picture is supposed to depict (picture of man holding gun, etc.). About all it allows you to do is scroll up and down the page. It is not my computer, this happens on no other websites. When is Cabelas/Bass Pro Shops going to fix this?
