How to fix Noonlight app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Noonlight app on iPhone
Update Noonlight app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Noonlight iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Noonlight on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Noonlight network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Noonlight Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Noonlight not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Noonlight App
1. On android, goto Settings » Noonlight » click [Force Stop]

Update Noonlight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Noonlight App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Noonlight » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Noonlight.

Fix Noonlight unable to contact server/ Noonlight internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Noonlight » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Noonlight » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
