I'm using your Magic Home app on Android when going to the device manager the remote status shows the account offline and the account not linked. How can I fix this problem?

These lights were set up on a wifi that is no longer in use and when I try to re-pair it to the NEW wifi it wont connect or even find the default wifi. I tried to reset the lights and still no luck.

Close and restart the Magic Home Pro app on iPhone
Update Magic Home Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magic Home Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magic Home Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magic Home Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Magic Home Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Magic Home Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Magic Home Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update Magic Home Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magic Home Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Magic Home Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Magic Home Pro.

Fix Magic Home Pro unable to contact server/ Magic Home Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Magic Home Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Magic Home Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magic Home Pro
