I'm using your Magic Home app on Android when going to the device manager the remote status shows the account offline and the account not linked. How can I fix this problem?
These lights were set up on a wifi that is no longer in use and when I try to re-pair it to the NEW wifi it wont connect or even find the default wifi. I tried to reset the lights and still no luck.
Leds are flashing blue red green rapidly - controller non responsive. Can’t reset (or may have faulty instructions on how to do it
how do i connect to the VMXXXXX-2.4GHz wifi it tells me to connect to whilst setting my lights up? it asks for a password but i am not given one.
Regards, why the app dosent recognize ilamp light ,and how can I fix it, thank you
