Upon opening app it begins to load and as soon as it loads it closes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Crash report says there's a bug in the app causing it to force close and developers should fix the bug issue

How to fix Angi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Angi app on iPhone
Update Angi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Angi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Angi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Angi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Angi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Angi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Angi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Angi » click [Force Stop]

Update Angi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Angi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Angi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Angi.

Fix Angi unable to contact server/ Angi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Angi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Angi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Angi
