My finger check app doesn't give me the option to Punch in or punch out

Cant log in to Fingercheck app. It just "spins" but wont load in. My HR personnel checked my user and password and all is correct. I did restart my phone as well. Thank you.

How to fix Fingercheck app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fingercheck app on iPhone
Update Fingercheck app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fingercheck iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fingercheck on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fingercheck network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fingercheck Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fingercheck not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fingercheck App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fingercheck » click [Force Stop]

Update Fingercheck to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fingercheck App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fingercheck » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fingercheck.

Fix Fingercheck unable to contact server/ Fingercheck internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fingercheck » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fingercheck » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fingercheck
