Who needs an updated functioning app, take me back to the days when Netflix was still 8$.
This version closes abruptly when I attempt to perform searches. It used to work but now it’s broken. iPhone Xs
Unable to access any Guest Request. As soon as any option is selected, RotanaHotels exits. Using IPhone 12 Pro Max and IOS 14.8.
The new update didn’t let me complete my reservation. It logged me out when i submit my reservation in final phase. I cannot complete reservation.
Since the latest update, RotanaHotels crashes immediately when you try to open it. It’s useless.
I don’t see a place to find a current booking even though I’m staying in a Rotana hotel.
Yes we get it that updated apps are better but sometimes I want to access RotanaHotels right now and don’t have the WiFi to update.
Make it like a notification but don’t make it compulsory.
4 starts as a starting point.

Amazing customer service !! This is why I have stayed at Rotana for 5 years here in Abu Dhabi, instead of moving to an apartment. I really feel better than at home !! And the food is amazing!!! Congratulations!!!!!
