Parkers is great. I spend money there daily.
Especially on catfish & cups of ice. I hate ParkersRewards , because it does not have a fluid set up that allows me to order what I would normally order inside. And also it would be nice if I was able to add notes.
If I can’t order from ParkersRewards the same as I would inside, then it’s not conducive for me to earn points. Because I end up spending more money Than what I would’ve.

I love . . . no . . . LOVE! ParkersRewards! Every time I stop in Parker’s, I use my phone number (because I can’t keep up with cards!). Somehow, when I stop in for a drink and/or a snack, magic gnomes convert my spending into savings off the price per gallon of gas. It adds up really fast! After a month of just regular stops, I am already up to saving .40 per gallon. Seeing as how it adds up so quickly, I’m going to see how quickly I can max out and save $1.00 per gallon. I know gas prices are rising, so I may not make it that far, but I’m loving giving it my best shot! I also thank Parker’s for the free XL fountain drink when I signed up! So many stores with so many apps! However, I do feel like this is one of the most beneficial, helpful apps I’ve ever seen! Highly recommended!

I love everything about the Parker’s stores. These are the only stores that I stop for gas and to get a drink. I always use ParkersRewards , ALWAYS. Since the new update I am not even able to sign in. When I enter my login info, nothing shows up as far as the information that I just entered, it’s like it’s invisible, and from there I hit enter to sign in and it states that there is no matching guest. I verified that my account is valid and active. I sent an email to customer service and their response was “ your account is active, call this number to troubleshoot the issue”. I’m not quite sure what I’m suppose to troubleshoot when my account is perfectly fine and it’s ParkersRewards that is not working. Please fix ParkersRewards .

I used to think the Parker’s app was the best one ever. I always paid for my gas using ParkersRewards , since my Parker’s card never worked at the pump. However, with the most recent update, I haven’t been able to sign into my account at all. I even reset my password and signed in online, so I know for sure my account information is accurate. As a result, I’ve had to get my gas at other stations, since I’m unable to use my rewards card. It’s extremely inconvenient, and if it was fixed, I would definitely resume my business at Parker’s. Until then, I am unable to do so. Please fix this quickly!

I do not like the new update to ParkersRewards . I don’t like how it doesn’t realize which Parker’s I am at and that it sets my home store and always assumes I am filling up at that store. There are 7 stores in my immediate area - from home to work I pass by 4 different Parker’s.

Also, there have been many issues when I go into the store and they need to scan the barcode in ParkersRewards . It takes multiple tries in order for it to take - this was NEVER an issue before.

Please bring back the ability for ParkersRewards to pinpoint my location and fix the barcode!

I’m in the Parkers stores all the time buying stuff and now they’ve made a way for me to get cheaper gas when I purchase things in store. I think it’s crazy that I could get $.20 off a gallon for entire month if I spend a certain amount. Plus I could turn on the pump and pay inside right from my phone. ParkersRewards is real clean as well. Still a few bugs but overall a must have app!

ParkersRewards is awesome. I use it every time I get gas. Mobile pay is so convenient and I never have to swipe my card! ParkersRewards stopped working recently so I contacted Parker’s to ask what happened. Apple updated their iOS which caused ParkersRewards to stop finding locations. Lucky for us they suggested a simple fix!! Just delete ParkersRewards and reinstall it. Working perfect again!

No discount in fuel if it doesn’t work

Convenience is why I stop at Parkers. It’s always a fast, easy, enjoyable experience. You can turn on your pump from your phone! You can order food on ParkersRewards ahead of time and not wait. The only place I’ll go for my short 30 minute lunch break. Fast, good, reliable.

I spend a lot of money and I use the rewards and it saying earn 10 cents for every 25 spent in store I have spent over 25 dollars in the store more closer to like 50 or 100 I don’t go much but I go enough I should I earned like 40 cents off my gas but my rewards only says 11 dollars I guess ParkersRewards and rewards is broken hopefully this bug will be fixed I should have a lot more cents on my rewards for my gas and says I haven’t earn not even 10cents. Very disappointed in the parkers app I should like I said at least earned 40 cents off.

I emailed support at Parker’s and received a prompt reply on my issue : “no matching guest” had to reset password a couple of times and it worked. I emailed them to tell them that third time was the charm and I actually got a response to that (was not expecting that at all). Thank you for caring and responding!

Love ParkersRewards! Allows me to make fuel and inside purchases without having to dig into my wallet and find my credit cards. The extra security of knowing that my pump pal can’t be compromised is a huge plus as well! Thank you Parker’s for making my shopping experience safe and easy!

Great store! Always try to find a Parker’s wherever I am, if I’m needing a gas station. Just decided to get a rewards card. Downloaded ParkersRewards , tried to scan the card and it would not scan. So, I entered the rewards card number and it still did not accept it. I tried to continue without the card number, entered all of my information and tried to click “sign up” and it would not work. I would love to sign up, please fix ParkersRewards so that I can!

I did as another reviewer suggested; deleted and reinstalled and app works, again!

I loved ParkersRewards because I could pay at the pump with my phone without having to dig out my Parker’s gas card but recently ParkersRewards doesn’t show any gas stations at all. It’s inconvenient.

ParkersRewards used to be fine (even though it wouldn’t link to my bank account). Since the update I’ve been logged out. There is no option for “forgot password”. If I type anything it’s black text on a black field. So when I try to sign up for a new account I can’t see anything I’ve entered. I had to just give up and pay full price in the store and now even at home I can’t figure out what you expect me to do.

I loved ParkersRewards, but since the update 2 days ago I can not create a new password and log on. No matter what I try it will not except it. After reaching out to Parker’s they sent me a new link that worked! Thanks so much for ParkersRewards!!!

i used to love the parkers app and rewards but the new update logged me out of ParkersRewards and will not allow me to log back in. my information is correct because i can login online but ParkersRewards will not allow for me to sign in or see any other sign in options. ParkersRewards needs to updated and fixed so i can go back to using my rewards card

I use ParkersRewards for directions to and from the stores that I visit. It’s also useful for keeping track of my points that I earn from spending in stores. Great work!

Same issue as others. I use ParkersRewards several times a month as myself and my sons both use it for gas etc. since update I cannot login and will not recognize me as a customer. I even typed my card number in and it says “other error returned from server”. I will normally go out of my way to go to Parker’s but not now. HELP!!

I was very pleased when I got ten cent a gallon off my gas today. I was able to do this by using my Parkers cars for inside purchases. The friendly staff at the Parkers in Lyons are worth the extra steps to go inside!

First....EVERYTIME you open app you have to say no to them receiving your bank account. Take a hint...no means no.

Second, its says for every dollar you spend you get a discount at pump. Built up .50 per gal savings. Went to pump said cant use on diesel. Dumb

It would be nice if ParkersRewards was set up to add EFS or Comdata cards as a payment method so you can pay on the outside instead of going in to do that. Time consuming get you in out of fuel aisle quicker .

I love the Parker App, but ever since the last update June 28th, I no longer can pay at the pump! It prompts me to swipe my Parker’s Savings Card. Help!!

I have received 2 email directing me to click button, but cannot see a button with that label. I did download ParkersRewards again but don’t know if that is what is required.

I don’t want a Parker’s reward. So Parker’s punishes you from accessing any parts of ParkersRewards . Oh wait, I just read a feedback comment saying they discontinued their station locator. That was the best part of ParkersRewards . Dear Parker’s love you app. The old one.

App doesn’t show locations anymore, so you can’t pay at the pump.

Horrible, they want too much un-required information. In this day and age no no no.

You have two options with ParkersRewards, location always on or never on. If you don't turn location services on, ParkersRewards will not function as intended. Not only is having ParkersRewards constantly track my position a battery drain, but I don't want Parker's knowing my every move. Update your app for location "on while using", and I'll actually use ParkersRewards .

The first Parker's app was great. You could check the prices of several locations at once to find the best deal along your planned route. With the current app you can only check one location at a time. Also, the icons and typeface are too small. The old app had large icons and typeface. It was much easier to see and use.

I like it. Can see all the stores in my area with fuel price at a glance. And then pick one for more information. Thanks
