First off, TDWBRewards is very buggy. Besides that, for a gas station quick stop, they pretty much require you to disclose everything about you, just shy of asking for your SSN. Address, phone number, emails, location....most rewards systems just require an email or phone number. Makes me very uncomfortable.

Can’t see what you put in for your birthday and TDWBRewards ask for a lot of info when you set it up with a payment method. I don’t know why you need my DL and Social, it’s like I’m doing a credit check. Won’t be using TDWBRewards

I won’t be using TDWBRewards anymore. I placed an order for pick up when I arrived store was closed. The money was removed from my account and no product was provided.

You can’t enter birthdate as a new user, can’t sign up as a result, mapco’s app is much cleaner and easier to use.

This new update has caused me to lose close to 2000 points because of it being offline without customer knowledge. Every time I go to redeem my points, I lose out on items due to the “required input not being accepted.”
