You can’t even link your card to MonarchRewards , it keeps stating an error has occurred try again later. It doesn’t matter how often you try, it keeps giving the same error message. Other casino apps, all you have to do is input your players card number and all your offers come up without having to link or put your PIN number in.

MonarchRewards was working and now I can’t log in, I thought maybe it was my password so I went to change it but it says my email doesn’t exist. Please fix the bugs I love MonarchRewards

I keep resetting my password and then it says
Password incorrect. Can’t get in. Can’t reset my password. Totally worthless.

Fire your developers and start over. It’s not like you are struggling with money to pay to develop a decent app. Come on now.

Half of the time I can’t sign on because it says my email is not registered. Not worth my phone space.

It’s quite shocking that a big casino company would release such a sub standard product. Hire some new coders and do this right. This is embarrassing.

Installed, created an account. Verified with email. Signed on. But could not do anything else. !!! Would of given 0 stars if possible. Have Deleted app !!!! Stay away from MonarchRewards. !!

Completely useless and wouldn’t allow me to create account due to page layouts & general bugs.
Bugs so blatantly obvious I felt my phone had a roach infestation.
Made me feel like I needed to take a shower.

Horrible app! 0 luck logging in, have reset my password 6 times and it still does not work! Total junk! Should be deleted from MonarchRewards Store.

Cannot login at all and want to use my comps.. tried logging in multiple times and one time it lets you then the next your usher or password is wrong apparently

You cant play games without screen name and when I put one in it says that name is already taken. I put my screen name in yesterday, today it was gone. When I tried to put it in I get a message the the name is taken, after 20 attempts I have given up, there is no way to get help. Useless app.

I created an account and got a verify email. The link on the email is broken and doesnt work so I am unable to access MonarchRewards . I get a message when I click on it that says “ Sorry, we were unable to activate your account at this time. Please try again later”

MonarchRewards NEVER works. Similar to the internet, electricity (elevators) hot tubs, …there is always an excuse but it is constant. The line to check in can be hours and that is okay with them. Also the seem to make money error in their favor more than average.

I have gone Atlantis resort for years but after regular unreliable app and being told by a manager today that they don’t care that I have been loyal to them for years I will no longer go to their casino! No wonder their app and service have the worst ratings.

MonarchRewards is junk, I’m on an iPhone and nothing works. I keep trying to submit my info and keeps giving wrong birthdays and rejects everything. Looks like MonarchRewards is designed for a PC not a phone application.. don’t waste your time it’s junk.. doesn’t do anything, but stay frozen..

First of all, what kind of app has an advertisement to download MonarchRewards you're already in, on EVERY page?!?!?! Is this the person's first shot at an app?? None of the subject leaves work. Half the pages aren't even finished. This really puts a bad name on a very nice hotel🤷🏽‍♂️. Bummer for them....

Unusable, whoever designed this put no time into making sure it would be compatible with any devices other than the one they apparently were working on, low effort, low quality, Monarch might want to consider improving this as it reflects poorly on them.

Ad pro. Up to date. When attempting sign in, spins and spins on. When and if I ever am open MonarchRewards , screen goes white. Usually when playing contest game. Has bugs for sure. Screen won’t flip from portrait to landscape. Ghost shadows on poker icons. Yep, it has issues.

There’s nothing special about MonarchRewards , very straight forward. The difficulty is opening it, it doesn’t want to upload most times when opened. They need a better designer.

I guess it had some problems before, based on reviews. But works fine for me to check my points and rewards

Can’t remember the link to my card. Says all screen names are taken. Said min bet was 1 but kept telling me I didn’t have min bet. Not real good.
