I try to log into the PDI app for my job, after I put my account info in it starts loading the home page for the app but then immediately crashes kicking me out of the app altogether, rinse and repeat now here I am. please help

How to fix PDI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PDI app on iPhone
Update PDI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PDI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PDI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PDI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PDI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PDI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PDI App
1. On android, goto Settings » PDI » click [Force Stop]

Update PDI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PDI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PDI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PDI.

Fix PDI unable to contact server/ PDI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PDI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PDI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PDI
