App not up to date on information Race is in stage and I cannot even see who won stage 2. Then I can’t see who won stage 1 either! Get some better IT people in to work on this app it is in the dark ages.
Scanner shuts off by its self after 20 minutes.
App comes up but cannot get scanner to work
SWIPE DOWN TO REFRESH NOT WORKING. During this past Sunday's race at Daytona, the Nascar app on my Android phone failed to refresh track position information, current lap, flag color, etc. Please advise. My phone is a Pixel 4a(5G) running Android 13, build# TP1A.220624.014. Nascar app version# 12.4.0.1038. Thank you.
Videos stop playing about 30 seconds
Done everything they said an still doesn’t work ??
My husband and I both use the scanner, mine works always and his never works at tracks only.
My nascar Mobil app is not working properly. It’s not showing the throttle and stuff for the drivers and then boots me off.
App starts to open, then shuts down. Deleting and reinstalling did not help. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
On an IPad Mini 2 running it’s highest possible iOS (12.5.5). I tap on the app and it immediately kicks me out. I’ve redownload the app, restarted the device, nothing. It is the newest version 12.3.0. I really need this to work so my Grandpa can play fantasy with the family!

I tap the nascar Icon on my I phone the white nascar screen opens and shuts right off
I have the same problem as Teresa. I've checked for updates, there were none. I have a pixel 4xl running android 12.
I cannot get scanner to work.when I go to it and select Scanner,it takes me out if the app completely
When I open nascar app It goes to welcome to nascar permissions and agreement Page There is no way To accept and continue
