Paid for app unable to listen to live scan
App is such a joke compared to what RaceView used to be

NASCAR had an amazing app called RaceView but got rid of it at the end of the 2019 season. Now we are stuck with this lame excuse of a virtual crew chief type experience. We used to have a complete real time experience of time off leader, speed, throttle/brake usage, how much wheel they were putting in and an animated version of the cars going around the track. Now we have an app that hardly gives the race fan any information. Stats are limited to once a lap if you are lucky, sometimes you have to wait 2-3 laps. They do have in car cameras which is cool for the few times your favorite driver has one. Last season they also had a battle cam that gave you live broadcast of action on the race track but these last 2 races they have removed it for some reason. At lease we still have the in car audio to know what’s going with your driver but that’s about all this app is good for. Wish NASCAR allowed their fans to have a voice and improved the racing experience instead of constantly taking away features.

I’m looking for more Individual team stats. Average pitstop times for each team, what grooves certain drivers are more successful in, average entrance speeds and braking distances at certain turns, etc. I want more ways to differentiate drivers and team tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses. Also I am thirsty for a more robust explanation of strategy. I want to really know what goes into an epic pass during the laps leading up to it. It’s so much more than just “Ope I took 4 tires I can go faster.” I want to hear from the best in more depth about real strategy, past just fuel and tire strategy. Also from an app standpoint it’s annoying when a video fails and I have to watch the commercial again. It’s like I’m subtly being robbed of my time for your profit. If the video fails then the next time should be ad-free.

Where we get kind of play by play during the race which is useless!!! Please bring back the crew chief on this app. We pay a lot of money for this feature and everyone I have spoken to wants it back. It had real time data
Of how far ahead or behind the driver was and now all we have is the leader board which doesn’t update until the leader goes past the start/finish line. I hope you really listen to the people that pay for this app!!!!! If this is the way you are keeping the app I definitely will not be buying it next year!!!!!!
