Hi, I have a problem with app that it does not open on my phone. It jut come up with the Edreams logo and stops on it without asking for log in or else. another issue, on my account the ticket i purchased does not look like as an e-ticket since there is just number and some how on the print version it loses some parts on the board of the document. Today 8 June I have been trying to purchase a flight from London to Cagliari I tried several options and different return dates. When I chose everything and I did it quickly it reported always that my session was interrupted.
Today 3 June I have been trying to purchase a flight from Zagreb to Reykjavik for 4 August and 13 August return. I tried several options and different return dates. When I chose everything and I did it quickly it reported always that my session was interrupted. I tried both on my pc and on phone app.
The eDreams app on my iphone will not let me set up a password. It tells me to look for the instructions to change my password which they will send to my email address. No instructions have been found anywhere on my computer or iphone. How am I expected to find out whether the tickets that were ordered are being dealt with. How cn I rely on the fact that I booked tickets ? A lot of money has gone into this booking and I see no tickets after more than 24 hours. What are you guys doing? Is this the usual situation woth eDreams?
