Hi. Apple app on iPad. Can view posts, but unable to reply using the app. Have uninstalled app. Restarted IPad, downloaded again from App Store. Signed out and in again. Nothing helps

How to fix Tripadvisor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tripadvisor app on iPhone
Update Tripadvisor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tripadvisor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tripadvisor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tripadvisor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tripadvisor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tripadvisor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tripadvisor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tripadvisor » click [Force Stop]

Update Tripadvisor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tripadvisor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tripadvisor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tripadvisor.

Fix Tripadvisor unable to contact server/ Tripadvisor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tripadvisor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tripadvisor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
