I am preparing for a trip with my husband. And, of course, you require us to use different email addresses for our accounts. I have the app installed on our iphones. I cannot sign out from my husband's log in so that I can access mine. I've hit sign out a few times and only get 3 pulsating dots and cannot finalize log out.

I booked a reservation over the phone with a JetBlue agent because I was unable to utilize my credit when trying to book online or on the app. My reservation code is KHVEAV and shows up on JetBlue website. However, my booking is not showing on my app. How do I get my booking to appear on my app?

I booked a reservation , when i maganged my trip noticed 3 separate confirmation codes. was charged all 3 times. yet when i call jet blue, they stated its a glitched but informed that higher amount total will be the confirmation that will be ticketed or was ticketed.
I am trying to book a flight for the past 3 hours. Every attempt ends with the message "session expired" after completing all the information.
"Accept all cookies" dialogue box won't clear by clicking the "Accept all cookies" selection. The box stays in front of the web page. I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. All the same problem.

Managing flight is not work. Tried to self fix not working. Tried to message customer support and they wanted me to pay 1 to get help. They said refundable, but are you kidding me. Fill out all my payment I got when the problem is on your end. F* U JetBlue.

The "Manage Trips" feature doesn't work online or on the JetBlue app. I can't view my seat selections and add our KTN numbers. I had to do everything over the phone with Customer Service. I also saw the same issues reported on Reddit and it seems everyone who reported the same problem also booked one-way tickets.
How does an airline like jetblue not now about this issue. Cannot manage flights online or through the app...... It's been going on for months. I will never fly jetblue ever... any airline that can't fix an "IT" issue for months is an airline who will no longer get my money... i'm sure I'll never hear back and if I do (like when I speak to customer service) it will be - - - so sorry.
