I am preparing for a trip with my husband. And, of course, you require us to use different email addresses for our accounts. I have the app installed on our iphones. I cannot sign out from my husband's log in so that I can access mine. I've hit sign out a few times and only get 3 pulsating dots and cannot finalize log out.

I booked a reservation , when i maganged my trip noticed 3 separate confirmation codes. was charged all 3 times. yet when i call jet blue, they stated its a glitched but informed that higher amount total will be the confirmation that will be ticketed or was ticketed.

"Accept all cookies" dialogue box won't clear by clicking the "Accept all cookies" selection. The box stays in front of the web page. I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. All the same problem.

I was checking in using mobile application. I checked in and try to get the boarding pass and application stuck. I needed to restart the phone. When I restart the phone and clicked "view the boarding pass I got the message: phoe "Oops! There was the issue processing your request. Please, try again" I have a Motorola Razr G5 2021

The "Manage Trips" feature doesn't work online or on the JetBlue app. I can't view my seat selections and add our KTN numbers. I had to do everything over the phone with Customer Service. I also saw the same issues reported on Reddit and it seems everyone who reported the same problem also booked one-way tickets.

How does an airline like jetblue not now about this issue. Cannot manage flights online or through the app...... It's been going on for months. I will never fly jetblue ever... any airline that can't fix an "IT" issue for months is an airline who will no longer get my money... i'm sure I'll never hear back and if I do (like when I speak to customer service) it will be - - - so sorry. Not good enough...fix YOUR issue !

Looking at some of these responses it seems like it has been down for months. I want to add my passport info and known traveler number but I'm unable to. Plus I want to manage my seats. This is my first time ever flying with JetBlue and probably my last. Horrible IT

The manage flights is not working we repeatedly get an error message that says to call jet blue. There us no pick up or even hold it just says all representatives are busy and disconnects. This is a disgrace we are stranded trying to change our booking.
- Latest update is broken
- Can’t get an electronic boarding pass
- App kept timing out when searching for flights
- App would take a long time to refresh when I unclicked “same as billing address”
- After I had put in all of my credit card information and clicked the link to pay, it just kept bringing me back to the credit card entry page
- Didn’t assign us seats together even though we bought tickets together
- Had to manually type in incorrect information, in order for the system to acknowledge my reservation
