The Starz Android app freezes after a few seconds while playing the unskippable (and unwanted!) previews before everything I try to stream on the platform. This doesn't happen if I stream in Chrome or Edge. My only resort for using this terrible app is to download everything I want to watch, which is tedious and should not be necessary. Starz only carries a couple of things that interest me, so they are flirting with being dropped if they can't hire better coders.

We have stars through our provider. TDS we are using the app to optimize our channel usage. We keep having to login and it keeps saying it’s disconnected from the server. Today we can’t watch any movies like it’s frozen we’ve tried to login logout, and every tech-support thing we know how to do. We’re about ready to cancel it, which is a shame because we love all the shows. It’s a big pain in the butt.

Trying to watch raising Kanan and it’s very frustrating because subtitles are on the far right if the screen. 80% of the sentences are cut off . I’m hard of hearing so it’s very difficult to keep up

Keep trying to sign in for days now, have the latest version of firefox, cleared cache, checked computer for updates, and no luck I get the top header for Starz but cannot access any shows. It works on google chrome but not firefox -- anyone else having this issue? Firefox issue or is it Starz issue - frustrating
