Loved when they previously used MyChart app and I could email my doctor and check test results without having to log into a computer. Was wonderful to be able to access it during my lunch hour because we are not allowed to use company computers for personal business. Now I have to wait until I get home and most doctor’s offices do not take calls after 4:00 when you have questions. What should be made easier is not.

It’s incredible to me how much we pay for healthcare vs what we receive in quality. UPMCHealthPlan is a perfect example - it’s great unless you expect to receive a response other than “an unexpected error has occurred - please try again later”. Utterly and completely useless. UPMC should go back to fax lines and filing cabinets. Oh wait they never left.

Can’t login. Just keeps taking you back to the login page after every time you enter your log in information. Wouldn’t be anything UPMC touches that is less than stellar.

Nothing is easy with UPMC Healthcare. May as well be dealing with the government. The site has incorrect/incomplete information for my enrollments. No one works together within the business. Everything is passed on the the customer to do the heavy lifting. Typical of a monopolist business that has grown way too big and is only interested in over billing and over paying internal bonuses while the customer suffers.

I’ve tried to log on multiple times, but every time I do it just takes me back to the “log on/register” screen. I’ve tried resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling UPMCHealthPlan , but nothing seems to work.

Regardless of where I am, cellular data or WiFi, UPMCHealthPlan cannot sign me in. It asks me to sign in multiple times, and occasionally/randomly works. It cannot even complete the most basic task of an app, much less help me with my health insurance needs.

Down loaded app only to find it doesn’t work at ALL! It takes over a minute to launch after touching the Icon and then displays a blank screen for a login screen. I deleted app and downloaded a second time to find the same issue. JUNK app.

1. Couldn’t log in. Spent 40 minutes on chat with support to try and rectify that. She said to keep trying. Eventually, I was able to get in.

2. Can’t connect my steps. Per troubleshooting guide and options, I should be able to. However, when I try to select it, it continuously reverts. I went into the health app to see if it were denied, but it never got that far.

Exactly what is the point of UPMCHealthPlan??

I’m just trying to check quickly whether I’ve met my deductibles... the info is nowhere to be found in UPMCHealthPlan, nor the other two apps for UPMC. Perhaps consolidate everything into a single app, and include basic info like how much has been applied against your deductibles.

Worthless. Can’t login with existing account information. When it loads enough to attempt, it freezes. After attempting multiple times, comes back as “undefined”. Clearly an issue for a long time according to the reviews with no clear improvements noted. Downloaded, deleted, redownloaded with no response. Wasted more time than I should’ve trying to get it to work.

So my company is using this provider to conduct a health challenge with monetary rewards. UPMCHealthPlan promises to link your iOS health data to a step tracker on the providers side in order for that data to be automatically counted in my company’s health challenge. Every time I try to enable this setting in UPMCHealthPlan it just gives me an error and tells me to try again later.

First off. Don’t call the listed number on UPMCHealthPlan . It’s not the claims department. I spent an hour out of my day on hold or being transferred from person to person to figure that out. Second. Don’t bother with the chat either. They can’t answer the questions your gonna have unless your just calling for a time and temperature check.

I have a notification badge showing on UPMCHealthPlan icon and I can’t clear it. No mail, messages or alerts. Been there for over a year. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling UPMCHealthPlan and badge us still there.

I didn’t know how else to contact app support!

When trying the live chat I can’t see what I am typing. The text box stays at the bottom of the screen and is covered by my keyboard so I can’t see when I’m typing until I close my keyboard. Other than that I haven’t had any problems with UPMCHealthPlan .

I could not find a place to pay my bill through UPMCHealthPlan even though this is the way I’m supposed to pay my bill for my monthly premium

This plan has been so wonderful from the benefits to the customer service! I highly recommend!

UPMCHealthPlan was very easy to use. My chat was easy to use as well.

Why was TouchID/FaceID removed? It's an absolute pain having to enter password every time you switch apps.

This is a useful app that is working better than ever

Very frustrated with UPMCHealthPlan. It worked fine at first but has stopped working and now keeps giving me an error ... ‘we are having trouble connecting you. Please try again later.’ Have tried refreshing and reloading app but nothing works. Not reliable

They were doing maintenance on UPMCHealthPlan and days after it's not letting me sign in at all before hand I was able to. How long is it going to take to fix it cause this is ridiculous
