- TouchID/FaceID removed, making it inconvenient to enter password every time

- Notification badge issue that cannot be resolved

- Live chat text box covered by keyboard, making it difficult to type

- No option to pay bill through the app

- Previous app (MyChart) had more convenient features that are now missing

- UPMC Healthcare has issues with incorrect/incomplete information and poor customer service.

The upmc health plan app never works!!!!!!! Out of the last month it's worked maybe twice!

When I try to log onto the UPMC Health Plan App using my correct username and password, I get an error message saying the username or password is wrong.
