The upmc health plan app never works!!!!!!! Out of the last month it's worked maybe twice!

When I try to log onto the UPMC Health Plan App using my correct username and password, I get an error message saying the username or password is wrong.

cannot scroll through my claims for information can only get to year 2022 but not beyond to 2021
