When I try to login to my Xcel, the website will not open on my desktop, but it will open on my cell phone. Phone app loads very slowly. It works but seems "glitchy". Desktop site, some pages readable, but log-ins from anywhere on site fail, screen is blank white and address bar shows Xcel/logins. It's been this way for over a year???

Xcel Energy app too small to read. It says my bill, prepared July 15, is due on July 6. I have deleted the app. Now I see the website is down for maintenance. Excel used to have the BEST online way to access bills, read statements, and pay bills. Please don't make changes just to make this process more difficult.
