My daughter has an iPhone. We have recently installed the bark app and since then she has been having problems connecting to any apps that require internet connection. I don't have her blocked from using any of these apps but it comes up with a no connection every time she tries to go into them. I am also getting a message every few days that she has account issues that need to be fixed. When I go through the steps it will fix it but the apps are still extremely slow loading. Could you tell me if there is something that I can do to fix this issue?

My phones are connected to the internet but when we try to open apps we get a message "No connection. To continue using Noggin, make sure your device is connected to the internet" IT IS!

All apps are greyed out on my teen's phone. We tried fixing it through settings and rules and every other support channel. We cannot get them back.

My son's bark phone has all of the apps turned off. He can only place a call. I checked my dashboard and nothing was changed. Noticed others are having the same problem. Please let me know when the issue will be corrected.

Everything on my son's bark phone is greyed out except to make calls or go to bark app. I have been unable to fix it from the dashboard. I have googled articles and tried following along and am getting nowhere. Please contact me so we can reset it.

I have successfully set up my home computer with the Bark desktop app to connect my son's Apple/IOS to start monitoring it. When I go to plug in my child's phone, the site says that the app is installed but not connected. I did get it connected two nights ago when I successfully connected my oldest child's phone. Now it continues to say the desktop app is not connected: "Uh-oh, looks like Bark isn't running You've installed Bark but it's not connecting On your home computer, double-click the Bark icon on your desktop." The desktop app is open and seems to be connected because I press the "Visit your dashboard" prompt it works but I cannot fix this and get past it to finalize the set up! Please help.

We continually have an issue with the phone switching back to default status after study or sleep status. it’s taking anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to switch back to default status.
