FBT works but this app is a terrible company i’ve had way to many problems and am about to all together switch to another bank. take this warning and leave this app
I can not make an external transfer. I’m 8000 miles away from my branch and can’t get my money because my card expired in January and you wouldn’t send the card to me I. Guam. You sent it to Amite Louisiana.
So slow. Crashes. Has been telling me the wrong account balance for months.
ABSOLUTE WORST SIGN UP PROCESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! 400 security questions??!!! REALLY!
IF FBT worked correctly I would give it five stars. Usually it makes depositing my check far easier rather than driving all the way to town when I live in the country. FBT will crash often and even wont let me log in and check my balance at times. More often than not when I am trying to deposit a check it will say that there is an error reading the checks regardless of how clear and well lit the photo is.
I have had FBT for a while.
Overall, I am pleased.
However, with most other banking apps going to Touch ID, I would really like that for FBT.
I am tiring of having to answer a security question every other day before I login.
By for the best customer service at any bank I've been at! FBT is easy to use and if you haven't heard of popmoney your missing out!
