The app works but FBT is a terrible company i’ve had way to many problems and am about to all together switch to another bank. take this warning and leave FBT

I can not make an external transfer. I’m 8000 miles away from my branch and can’t get my money because my card expired in January and you wouldn’t send the card to me I. Guam. You sent it to Amite Louisiana.
