Yesterday in a panic I tried to download the IONITY app and used the above email address, but received no response. I later tried with michaeljkirton@redacted and still no response I was at a service station near Peterborough UK and desperate to recharge my car. I abandoned Peterborough and managed to charge elsewhere. Today I have tried to delete the app and start again, but the system does not seem to work. Could you please erase these two attempts from your system so that I can start again from scratch. Many thanks.
Confirmation of email address not possible with nowhere to input code and a useless link. Please offer a route to engage properly with the charging community. Regards Michael Aberdeen
App not fit for purpose on Android phone. I've tried unsuccessfully to login but the verification code email either never arrives or if it does then the system won't accept the 6 digit code and screen goes black. Rubbish.
It says "The application could not be initialized, probably due to a network connection error." Network fine. Has been like this since yesterday.
The Ionity app has not worked for the last couple of hours. It says "The application could not be initialized, probably due to a network connection error." The Internet works just fine.
I cannot get the app up and running as the password is not recognised and will not let me to reset
