I am having issues uploading and taking pictures for my BBW reviews. All my permissions are up to date, my email/password are valid, & even when I attempt to input my photos from the web portal, there is an error that won't allow me to finish the upload. I am confused by this, & very unhappy. I know a picture says a thousand words & helps reviewers a great deal. I want to be able to upload mone, or take pictures to share for my reviews, but at this time I simply can't. Can you help me? Thank you for your help, as this is very disappointing.

Yesterday when shopping I went to open my wallet for my coupons and the app was completely frozen and the cashier and I were not able to get anywhere on the app. When it finally started working again (hours later) all my coupons were gone. I'd rather get coupons in the mail from now on after this experience.

Won't let me past where you put in birthday, and agree to terms, but next , but it won't go any further! I've called customer service 4 times! Went to Bath & Body store 4 times! Still can't get past that part! Have deleted, reinstalled! Tried setting up account on daughter's phone! Still can't make it past birthday/agree to terms page! I go at least 1 time a week to B& B store, and can't use any rewards! Birthday way 10/27 can't use birthday reward! Can't see wallet ! I'm losing rewards! Please help me fix my account!

I cannot access my cart. I keep getting “an error has occurred.” I made another account and that one is working just fine so it’s specifically targeting my account. Idk why as I see others having the same issue. I’ve tried uninstalling app, using different browsers and devices. I even set the store pickup location before trying to access the cart- nothing works

Won’t let me sign in, keeps saying oops there was an error. Says Face ID isn’t working and says my password is wrong. Redirects me to change it. I did. Came back and it makes me hold down a pill shaped button because it thinks I’m a robot. Frustrating. Giving up on it today. Won’t be participating in sale.

When I put my password it directs me to way to get perks by putting in my birthday. It NEVER lets me get to the products so I can buy what I want. It is VERY frustrating. Why offer an app if it does not work. I have to call and give my order over the phone after being put on hold for a lo g time. Please do something so a customer can go straight to shopping.
