Bath & Body Works | B&BW Status

I have 11 candles in my cart and I am able to get to billing screen but when I select"review order", nothing happens and I can't get the order to process. I'm not getting any error messages with my billing method so I don't believe there is a problem there.

Can’t remove items from my cart

I am not able to view my shopping cart and check out tonight. I also had 20% off my order tonight and will lose that as well. This a strange issue for an online business to have because no one can order or purchase any goods! LOL!

Getting a cart error stating items are no longer available but I cant access the cart to remove them and select alternative products. The cart page is gray out and then a blues square of seath just keeps circling and page wont load

App not letting me checkout and does not shows my rewards. Could not order candles or hand soaps....☹️

I deleted the bath and body works app. I then tried to reinstall it but it says it isn't compatible with my device. i hope they fix this issue.

I am having issues uploading and taking pictures for my BBW reviews. All my permissions are up to date, my email/password are valid, & even when I attempt to input my photos from the web portal, there is an error that won't allow me to finish the upload. I am confused by this, & very unhappy. I know a picture says a thousand words & helps reviewers a great deal. I want to be able to upload mone, or take pictures to share for my reviews, but at this time I simply can't. Can you help me? Thank you for your help, as this is very disappointing.

Yesterday when shopping I went to open my wallet for my coupons and the app was completely frozen and the cashier and I were not able to get anywhere on the app. When it finally started working again (hours later) all my coupons were gone. I'd rather get coupons in the mail from now on after this experience.

Won't let me past where you put in birthday, and agree to terms, but next , but it won't go any further! I've called customer service 4 times! Went to Bath & Body store 4 times! Still can't get past that part! Have deleted, reinstalled! Tried setting up account on daughter's phone! Still can't make it past birthday/agree to terms page! I go at least 1 time a week to B& B store, and can't use any rewards! Birthday way 10/27 can't use birthday reward! Can't see wallet ! I'm losing rewards! Please help me fix my account!

Says item is no longer available but when I try to remove it , it freezes up and won't remove the item. I've tried several times. Very frustrating.

Trying to download app and it says tap twice to download but just takes me back to first page of download. I purchased today and want to earn my points

I can't move passed the complete profile page. When I hit the next button, it stays on the "almost there!!! Complete your profile" page. I have unintalled and installed and cleared the cache. Please help

Every time I go to sign in it tells to upgrade my app. I have the latest update there is and because of this it is not adding my points when I shop. I ha e s0ent over a 100 dollars the past 3 days and known of the points have been added to my acct. HELP PLEASE

I loved shopping with my coupons. Now you’ve taken those away and given us an app that doesn’t work at all. I can no longer afford your store. Way to go.

I was excited about this app, but now I'm just frustrated!!! I can't get past the "Next" button when completing my profile. I've cleared the cache, force stopped and uninstalled/reinstalled several times and nothing works. If this is supposedly available in my state, why isn't it ready & working properly?!?

I cannot access my cart. I keep getting “an error has occurred.” I made another account and that one is working just fine so it’s specifically targeting my account. Idk why as I see others having the same issue. I’ve tried uninstalling app, using different browsers and devices. I even set the store pickup location before trying to access the cart- nothing works

When I put my password it directs me to way to get perks by putting in my birthday. It NEVER lets me get to the products so I can buy what I want. It is VERY frustrating. Why offer an app if it does not work. I have to call and give my order over the phone after being put on hold for a lo g time. Please do something so a customer can go straight to shopping.
