The app on the watching crashes soon after opening it. It also will not measure HR. Tried clearing data and cache on phone. Uninstall and reinstall didn't resolve issue.
I upgraded my iPhone to the 13 mini. I opened the Suunto App and needed to pair my watch. When the app asks for the key code from my watch, I tap on the entry window but the keyboard does not appear so I can't type it in. The iPhone is using IOS 16.
Suunto app has been having issues with connecting watch to log my activities and stats recently. Tried unpair, uninstall, clean cache etc. Connection has been on and off... sometimes it worked sync everything sometimes it takes couple of days to log everything while having the app running in the background... Really frustrating and want to have a solution here. Thanks
Suunto app not working on Android, not even login for the last 2 weeks, whats the solution?
I was logged out automatically from the app and not able to sign in again saying wrong password. FYI I did not logged out from the app before and it was logged in all the time hence I opt to change password and after putting in the new password in the link given , it says an error occured and not able to do so. Now what is wrong as I did not face such problem before or your app having issues?? Do respond

Suunto app crashes upon loading and returns to the watchface., so no workouts can be tracked. Also trying to sync with the phone using the mobile Suunto app doesn't work anymore. The app says the device is connected but does not proceed to sync.

Suunto app won't load. It just spins and won't go anywhere. This happened last week. I even removed the app, reloaded it. Cleared cache, added and removed permissions etc...nothing changes. It just won't load to connect it to my phone.
Suunto 5 watch. Samsung galaxy phone. App doesn't open. Cool graphic but the app never loads so the graphic is all I ever see.
