points used is 450 & I havent logged any points. Weekies is showing -570? Weird? Cant fix it.
I have the WW scale. This morning it recorded my weight , muscle mass, etc. But then the app froze. What can I do to recover my info.
When I create a recipe, it doubles or triples or quadruples it. And when I delete the extras, it deletes everything.

Can't get rid of the weight I was in previous years. Very hard to use app, wish I didn't join. Your program is good ,but you can't calculate correctly with old info still there.
App seems to be frozen and doesn’t respond to touch when trying to add foods.
Since the new WW points system has been launched I need to keep "tap to retry" to enter my daily food and water intake. Is there a solution to this, as I am finding it very annoying. Since I signed up 4 days ago I have struggled to get the app to work on my iPhone. It won’t respond to my touch. When I hit add to plan it becomes locked & sits there, like you don’t know if it’s doing anything. I see all the posts all very the internet…about what other people have experienced.
The WW app is not going to and staying on the correct day as it has in the past. Therefore, food entered is on wrong days and meals. Ugh!
Yea... one lb away from goal and ww decides to change how we count...no problem.. im good... but I can't get the update. Others in my group, no problem
I can't open the app. Message is: unfortunately WW has stopped. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
my compuer vs iphone app is not the same. im sure i have to log in and out. i cant figure out how to LOG OUT OF THE APP ON MY PHONE. i normally just turn the phone off. . Now my app says negative 18 points and this is all wrong. Thanks for the help.

Ever since I updated the app my sleep from Fitbit is incorrect Fitbit time is right, WW gets the correct hours asleep and awake but the time is off five hours - my app was also double tracking points and activity but a “chat” with ww fixed that - so I do not want to remove and relink again as I am afraid THAT issue will come back….
For the last two weeks, ever since I downloaded the most recent update, I have recorded meals, exercise, sleep and weigh ins etc. on a daily basis as I always have… However my rewards points are frozen at 15,430. So I have lost credit rewards for all of these things and I keep hoping that You'll send an update to correct this. So far nothing has changed what are you doing to resolve this issue?
I cannot log in on y Iphone App. IT does not recognize my email or my user name? I have removed it and added it several times. I can log in on the computer fine.
