How to i delete or change email address in app

Hi, both of the above email addresses have been used to send emails but each email sent is showing it has been sent in my sent box but when you open the email it is not giving an alert or showing the email has been opened, I have tried to delete the app and reinstall but still the issue is happening, I have also lost numerous emails that the app has failed to restore after reinstalling.
