- Every once in a while a piece of Spam makes it through or a valid email gets held up.

- It was incredibly hard to find the link that would get me in direct communication with a technician.

- Customer Support does not exist and little data about trouble shooting.

- Login to customer support does not work.

To resolve Spamdrain network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Spamdrain App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spamdrain » click [Force Stop]

Clear Spamdrain App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spamdrain » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spamdrain.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spamdrain » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spamdrain » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spamdrain
