App OTP leads to account suspension

I prefer to use the web banking for the bigger screen and more functionality. As someone who travels a lot, the SMS OTP doesn’t always work, and I have to rely on Citi generated OTP. However anytime I do this, my account got suspended. No warning, whatsoever. I can’t log in, can’t use my debit card or practically any banking until I make a phone call to get it unblocked. Imagine you’re abroad and rely on this bank and all of sudden your account is frozen because banks incompetence in developing Citi .

Customer Unfriendly

Very poor app, this almost no functionality. You cannot even get any help except some FAQs. Stupid app does not even allow you to pay for the credit card... don’t know how the bank is even surviving

Need a lot of improvement

Hey this app, I just downloaded your app and feel that there is a room for improvement. Your app feels slow and lags a lot compared to other banking apps here in Indonesia. Please do give it an update, as I see that there is quite a lot of people who likes to open their app more than opening a browser to check their balance, usage, etc. Don't make the same mistake as other banks where they ignore the potential of a smartphone app.

Features are OK but User Interface can be improved

The features and functionalities are good but the developers need user representatives to review the USer interface usability.
Description of transactions are totally useless truncation of information. The information needed by user can’t be seen (to whom a transaction and other relevant info are truncated and omited), what is shown are useless information.

Selalu minta Update

Tidak bisa buka kalau tidak update, sedangkan di update selalu besar MB nya kaya permainan Game...

Lama2 bisa habis penyimpanan setiap ada pembaruan Harus di update terus 👎🏻

Gak bisa dipakai di iPhone

Setelah memasukkan kode OTP dari SMS, berhenti begitu saja. Gak bisa kemana-mana lagi. Gak bisa dipakai sama sekali kecuali untuk cek rekening saja.
