App said it had update. Clicked update now with play store and it went black. Can't update app or get into my account. It says update or close.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyUPMC app issues:

Force Stop the MyUPMC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyUPMC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyUPMC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyUPMC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyUPMC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
